The Vets on Fire is an organization committed to advancing the mental health and well-being of veterinarians. Through open dialogue, and a supportive community, we aim to destigmatize mental health issues, equip veterinarians with the tools and resources to address their own mental health needs and promote a culture of wellness and resilience. Dr Sarah is a strong advocate for policies that prioritize the mental health of veterinarians, raising awareness about the systemic issues and challenges facing the veterinary profession, and empowers veterinarians to advocate for change to create a more supportive and sustainable work environment for everyone in the profession.
